Just Cupcakes now available in Norfolk

What does a cupcake do on her birthday? I’ve gotten some great suggestions and plans for next week but the biggest one just can’t wait.  Norfolk, here we come!! It’s no secret that we’ve been looking into opening a shop in Norfolk and we thought this is a great first step. So, starting Thursday, July 7th, Just Cupcakes will be offered at the new Bean There Cafe at 223 E. City Hall Ave., #101, Norfolk, VA  23510.
