We’re successfully moving into our second year with alot on the horizon. I included this photo sent to us by customer Leah T., of her adorable daughter. I love this photo of the dreamy little girl with blonde, curly hair on her birthday and how it parallels that of my little cupcake shop on it’s birthday and my dreams for year 2….stay tuned ;-)
Coming up this week we’ll be in Norfolk at Fountain Field Days on Wed., 7/28, from 11 to 3 giving out FREE mini milk chocolate cupcakes in honor of milk chocolate day! What does a cupcake do on her birthday? I’ve gotten some great suggestions and plans for next week but the biggest one just can’t wait. Norfolk, here we come!! It’s no secret that we’ve been looking into opening a shop in Norfolk and we thought this is a great first step. So, starting Thursday, July 7th, Just Cupcakes will be offered at the new Bean There Cafe at 223 E. City Hall Ave., #101, Norfolk, VA 23510. You know Dad loves cupcakes!
OK - I have the greatest Dad in the world just like you, right? And, just like my Dad he loves sweets, right? So we’re going to make special cupcakes AND give you a special way to give your sweet treat to Dad. We’ll be taking orders Thurs., Fri. and Sat. for this box special. 6 special cupcakes…..
1. Dark chocolate filled with chocolate ganache and vanilla bean buttercream frosting.
2. Vanilla with a cherry filling and fudge frosting
3. Pineapple cupcake with coconut buttercream topped with toasted coconut
4. Triple Chocolate
5. Seriously Strawberry
6. Red Velvet
You can take them home in our shipping container and we’ll give you a box of crayons and container to decorate it . We’ll make it simple - you can place the order online by just scrolling to the bottom completing your information and in the instruction box just key in Father’s Day Cupcakes! We’ll take care of the rest :-)
